Our immediate goals are:

1. To reward loyal IonSky customers, like you, with speed improvements
2. To add quality and reliability to the network that provides your 24x7x365 Internet connection.
3. To communicate necessary service modifications to every customer


Here’s a list of service modifications you need to know about:

·  Customer mail and websites will stay intact, but are getting ready to move to a different server within the month.

·  Addresses and mail information from the IonSky webmail client will likely not transfer.

·  Static IP's are currently changing throughout the network.
·  Support hours change to 6-10 M-F and 8-5 weekends. The number to call is 303-670-8400 option 2 then 1 or you can place a trouble ticket at www.wispertel.com/ticket.html

WisperTel has a regularly scheduled maintenance window, every Thursday evening from 10:00pm - 3:00am on Fridays. This time will be utilized to do routine updates and configuration changes to our network when needed. This does not mean that every Thursday night and Friday morning service will be unavailable, but only means you could experience downtimes during these hours.
